hi i want to know which one is beter at pve and pvp? hybrid s/s with 85% mag balance or pure int s/s?

hybrid because if the pvp goes longer, ur snow shield runs out and ur dead meat

so is 85% mag balance good for s/s or 80% or 90%?

Im not to familiar with different mag balance % builds..
But id say s/s is most effective when your pure int..
When your hybrid you just dont pull out enough damage to actually be able to solo(not with s/s)..

I say hybrids stick with spears, and pure int stick with s/s ^^

don't go hybrid
stay pure all the way.
the best defense is a GREAT offense.
if you stick w/ fire nukes you'll do crazy damage
and you'll win if you play it right
other than that, you can go
90 light 90 cold 90 [weapon]
and 30 pacheon
in my opinion all nukers should have pacheon for their last 30 mastery
because have you seen the percentage for nukes?
they're really far apart
so if you get your attack rating up, you'll hit in your higher range.
