pure int or hybrid 1;7?

i am making a full int spear chr,so i am confused to go pure int 90 heuskal and 90 light and 90 cold so what is better pure int spear or hybrid 1:7 spear?

i find pure int better then 1:7
becasue pure int more damage while staying alive the same amount of time as 1:7 becasue of 90 ice.
i find 1:7 not much of a hybrid to me...
