Help on which character to go with

Ok so ive narrowed it down to Glavie, Bow, and S/S nuker.. (mostly between bow and nuker but glavie is in there in case people says its whats best for me)
now which one would be best for PvP PvE Jobbing and good i parties
and please specify what build you would have with the one you choose
