Who said you have to use Cold Imbue? Theres phy def buff which gives hell a lot phy def.. Also don`t forget about the passive.. And for someone theres snow shield also.. >.>

i know cold buffs ok but i meant COLD ATTACKS

i think i said that in my 1st post i was talking about ATTACKS in that 1

im not sure any nuker get ice for imbue...
bladers get ice to annoy people more xD

even the ice nukes are weak but they look cool so people spend a lil sp on them, why not!
the ice mastery for me is just as a defence, nothing else

im pure INT s/s with light as my imbue, i only use cold imbue when im using chains and bicheon to annoy people

cold is for the snow shield, cold nukes the lvl 50 one is very good considering it hits 5 simultaneously and for the ice guard

You post title reads: IS COLD GOOD (i say no) here is WHY (QFT). To then reduce the discussion just about the attacks is IMHO unfair. Very few people take cold for their attacks. Cold is primarily taken for the phy buff, the phy passive, and snow shield. In addition, I've always found the use of frost nova to be very effective in case things just get a little too crowded.

In any case: either change the title of your post, or make a good argument about why cold is no good without limiting it to your view on the cold attack power.

Hm.. But ice imbue is very effective on euros... >.> Only if they`re not sub clerics ( Or main ) and they don`t have a friend which is a high lvl cleric.. I use sometimes ice imbue ( second book lvl 4 ) .. I can kill a lvl 74-75 wariors ( I`m 73 in garms hybrid int ) almost wihtout any problems.. So you should think about it..

who says no delay?
aft u pill freezing off, ur skills will still be delayed
and frostbite cancels ur attacks too even it can be pilled off

righty every tried having a 80 archer pumping you full with arrows with ice imbue ? 5/4/3 arrow combo ? trust me those uni pills won't work anymore

All force trees are very useful depending on your build. There is not a thing such as a best one, it just depends on your build.

cold isn't very good in pvp. but in pvn its excellent! i have a lvl 37 cold\lightning archer (2 imbunes) lightning i find i good for pvp and cold is good for pvn (person vs nature)

Cold actually is very usefull in pvp. If you face ppl without immunity, they prolly wont be able to kill you, even if they pill. There is a ton of people that aint immune yet (at the cap, because below it almost no one is immune without cleric), though at group pvp, it prolly wont be useful, cause most of the good "groups" will have a cleric that will make everyone immune. Agree that in pvn its excelent.

one of my rangers, lv 38 can get a lv 45 blader using cold. all i have to do is keep using combo relays. and pwn them. cuz the pills glitch up using so many because my combos with imbue is a 100% freeze or frost. so yes, its good for lower lvls imo. but then comes holy spell and holy word...

ya until cap ice in pvp is still useful in freezing. afterwards the uni pill still causes delay in atk which can be useful. as well the ice rain nuke is pretty awesome, so cold attacks and cold in general can be pretty useful.

low lvl ice imbune is good considering i can still freeze generals with my glaiver using noob ice ocean force imbue, freezing the mobs allows wizards and other euros time to pot back up if they were being smashed by the general. since i am pure str and im in 8 pt with nukers all the time, the extra 200-500dmg increase i get with soul fire force doesnt make a difference and will only waste my mp.
