Spear Nuker facts that i found out

1. 90 icewall has 13k hp while 60 icewall only 5k
since icewall has only 10 sec cd, it will be fast to use even aft enemy break it and good to survive with that 13k hp icewall during snowshield cd period?
- thats another good reason to go pure int maybe?
2. Total phy def power of whole 9D last set
Prot is only
73 more than Total phy def power of 9D last set
Garm(u can go calculate urself adding all 6 parts together)
but ice 90 iceguard + passive gives
180 more than 60ice...
something interesting to note and it seems more worth it to go for ice90 than ice60 in prot
3. 90fire 60light(15% mag) nuke dmg IS NOT lower than 90light(18% mag) nuke dmg
~~ fire imbue > light imbue
~~ 90 flame wave wide > 90 new light nuke in terms of dmg range
-- those 2 above more than enough offset the 3% mag dmg less buff
My Own question:
i wanna go pure int spear but i
added 15 str points already
shld i
~~~ go
pure int all the way phy65% mag110% aft full pimped (90light 90ice 90spear 30fire, BUT i would be weaker than pure int in nukes)
~~~ or go aim (
around a 5:1, adding 41 str points) phy70%, mag 103% aft full pimped (90fire 90spear 60light/ice, since i already added str points, might as well do a hybrid)
plz give ur precious views (i would only stick to this 2 ratios and builds, nothing else, so plz dun suggest anything else and discuss only these 2 alternatives

)

does imbue actually add damage to nuke i never seem to notice...
anyways i say aim for around 1:5.
this is based on how i like it.
becasue i personaly hate depending on snow sheild to stay alive all the time.
and 1:5 spear nukes still do strong damage maybe close to a pure int s/s.
and you have strong weapon skills move.
since spear doesnt have extra phy def from sheild and no block.
90 cap
90 hueskal
90 fire
60 light
60 ice.
since 1:5 spear does need snow to survive 60 ice would be fine and 60 light for the extra mag buff for stronger nukes.
my opinon wear protector becasue str players crit will xtremly hurt you.
you dont need garm becasue you have 15 sec of mag def buff and fire mag def buff.
hoped i helped

Yes imbue gives you a little more damage.
I always have Ice imbue+Lightning Nuke, so mobs get frozen eventually x)

not to mention it requies the least sp among all spear hybrid builds

100k less than 90light 90ice 90spear 30fire
wat about the icewall @90?
i know it has a slightly slow casting, but it can help u tk 13k phy dmg and u can cast it every 10sec to survive in snowshield cd, why i dun see pure int using them at all in pvp? at least in most vid

its actually 1 of the motivation to convince me go pure int

It's probably because everyone thought it wasn't good on lower levels, and I guess they saw it as a waste of sp.I doubt very many people have actually used, or broken an ice/fire wall that was maxed out.
Yeah, it's one of the reasons, if not the main reason that makes me want to try a pure force nuker.

well from what i notice casting ice wall takes time they would be hitting you by the time you cast it...
so remeber your getting hit while casting a wall that protects you.
but casting a wall before a pvp usally doesnt work casue most people would dash away until you close the wall.
and if you do take ice to 90 i HIGHLY recomend pure int.
for stronger nukes and you can use higher snow sheild.

i mean u shld cast the icewall when the enemy is stunned/KB/dulled during snowshield cd, and yea ppl would usually juz go away
i cant do a pure int cuz of the 15 str points already, thats why i thought fck it, let it be a hybrid then

IMO Its very noticeable even from low lvls.
Say a nuke: Mag.Att 115 ~ 214 (250%)
Using first light imbue at lvl 1[Mag.Att 12 ~ 23 (100%)] together with the nuke, it would be like if the nuke had instead of 115 ~ 214 mag att, 127 ~ 237 mag att. This increases a lot as the imbue lvl goes up.
I really am not sure if its calculated like this, this is just my supposition, cause it seems to be really close to this. I think that maybe the percentage of the nuke would increase the damage added, like, using the same examples above, if the nuke is 250%, then instead of adding 12 ~ 23, it would add 36 ~ 69 mag att. Again, these are just suppositions, It is very likely that I may be wrong. Would need confirmation from someone which has already tested this.
piXie_niXie wrote:at cap for me its an extra 3-5k for flame wave wide
Let me see:
Flame wave wide: 330%, lvl 80 fire imbue: 484 ~ 806.
(484 ~ 806) x 330% = 1597 ~ 2659. LoL, I may be right

.
Would really like if someone could confirm or negate this.

i see youve adapted my 60 light/ice
OT:if yur gonna go hybrid then i will agree with alcoholic, but if pure int then 90 ice for sure

yes it is. if it is not noticeable, all pure str will not need an imbue

.
and although i dunno the actual computation of the damage, i think you have missed out 1 item in your calculation, ie. the weapon magical attack, which needs to some how get added into the equation.
