Cold nukes?

Currently i'm lvl 69 and i just got the AOE cold nuke and it hits so low but its fun, for 90 are the cold nukes going to be useful? or just stick with lighting nukes?
Build for 90-
Bich-90
Light-90
Ice-90
Fire-30

The new Ice nuke: (90)
Mag.Att 452 ~ 678 (300%)
Front 7.0m ( Simultaneous 5 ), Reduce 35%
Freezing Probability 15% ( Effect 200 )
Frostbite Probability 30% ( Effect 200 )
Snow Stormn Double Shot: (90)
Mag.Att 226 ~ 339 (250%)
Freezing Probability 20% ( Effect 200 )
Frostbite Probability 40% ( Effect 200 )
The new Lightning nuke: (90)
Mag.Att 989 ~ 1.837 (300%)
Transfer 10.0m ( Simultaneous 3 )
Light is 3x stronger. But up to you.

cold is mostly for the frost and freeze
