With a well organized party, it's definitely the wizard. However, the rogue can just as easily kill on its own, whereas the wizard might need help from clerics. Of course, the wizard does more damage than the rogue, but the rogue has the advantage of higher survivability.

surely wizard, if you hit 80 and you are wizard cleric then all uniques except lord should be definetely yours (if lucky to find it first or find it with any build at the same time 
) and @ lord yarkan nobody can 1v1 
so if you have a good pt then its yours too

but i actually tell u not to make full elements
(i made without light)
cuz low damge and hit another monsters i mean thats bad for wizard
but sure wizard is better in killing unique and with bless spell he sure kill any 1 expect lord yarkan (BTW lord yarkan cannot 1 v 1
