Build up of powerful NUKER ??? (nead critic and suggestions)

Im starting a new char now and hes gonna be nuker (all int) with fire as imbune and lighting as secoundary.
I'm doing sp farming alot (8 Lvl Gap).
Now the question is:
1.) should i build out a weapon mastery at all, if yes just one (which one) or all and to what lvl
I was thinken about using all weapons mostly spear/glave and blade/sword + schild
because i hear alot that its a waste to build out weap. m. as nuker
2.) Instead of any weap. mastery i was thinking about building out force (to increase mp more and selfheal and so on) ??? smart or stupid idea ???
3.) Or should i only master fire and lighting ??? (i think thats to litte masterys if i sp farm or not ???)
4.) What skills are stupid to build out (or to build out fully) by the fire and lighting mastery
- I know I'm not going to build out fire wall series
am i doing ok till now ?
hope to hear critic or suggestions asap

welcome.
Some of the answers are out there, but I'll put some down anyways.
I'd put some into spear as before level 30 you will need to hit stuff to kill it and that will do the most damage. You can always back it out later.
I'd say skip force, self heal is the biggest waste of SP (at least fan blade looks cool). You will have plenty of mana with a pure int or a hybrit int build.
You'll want lightning for the lion shout, grasswalk and the piercing skills (you could go primary lightning nuke too). Most people use fire as their primary. Higher damage and the protection. As far as protection goes ice has good physical protection as well.
That should get you started.

the hp bonus from heuksal is decent to have and the additional dmg from the spear, fire imbue is good if you want higher dmg but only put like 1 or 2 points into the heuksal atk skills, maybe later on you can add some into chain or ghost or w/e for fun. The lightning nukes is good to have + shout and the fire nukes, the ice nukes are weak so i wouldn't suggest that, lightning buffs are a must have. force is up to you whether you want to res ppl or not, the harmony rings are decent for decreasing aggro from monsters.

_ To me this seem the most important masterys to go with:
Lightning - everything (+mov, +atk, +nuke, +mini nuke and more lol)
Fire - damage (imbue + nuke + shield thingy)
Cold - defensive skills (ice guard + passive *+ice wall??*
Heuksel - defensive (passive)
_ So not important are:
Bicheon - only has +block passive, so only for pvp.. profits to low to spend sp on
Pacheon - same as Bicheon, not worth the sp to gain the +attack rating
Force - although it's nice to have it won't add to your strenght
Therefore at lvl 90 I want to have
lightning 90/fire 90/cold 60/heuksel 60
To show how important masterys are this is what char will look at lvl 150:
lightning 90/fire 150/heuksel 60
- Fire. main for damage
- Lightning. secondary mainly for the buffs
- Heuksel. because else you'll die

actually id say force is vital for me im hybrid int but if im taking a giant and get over mobbed 99.99% of the time il die soo id say up force for the passive and for harmony thearpy also res is nice to have for friend etc and if your upping it why not
