Yeah, i know what it does and all, but i just want to know if it stacks with another recovery division-like can two cleric's use the skill for 2x the heal rate? Or can u even cast another RD when one is already up?

You can only have 1 recovery division in a party if all the members are in range of each other.

If you try to cast a new one while another cleric has his on, it will cancel it, regardless of the skill levels.
