okay is flying stone smash useful?
is the bleed worth it
like maybe lightning chain then if that fails use flying stone smash

i'm not a nuker myself but i have seen nukers using it against me its a nice fast skill so yea its worth if you get that bleed on your enemy

Bleed is a very nice effect to put on your opponent, but I'm not sure if I'll be willing to grind the needed SP.

The problem is: It has only 10% success 
And I don't think that it do a difference in damage if you already are pure int.

bleed lowers the enemies magic defense. that would make a pure int hit said target harder aye?

lightning chain is better. i had stone smash on ma nuker but i removed it with curse heart cuz it sucks and lightning chain got division , impotent and bleed all is 20%.

but with both lighting chain and fly stone smash or w/e
wouldnt that be best after that nuke then knock down
sp is not a problem a few 25k sp wont kill me

YES - YES
When u are 80 with gap 9; u can give bleed
When u are 80 with gap 7 or less; u can give impotent, division, bleed
Lightning chain has 20% chance, but there is always a chance that not a single debuff is given; so after chain u use stone smash so u can try to give bleed again instantly.
and imo, bleed is the most important of the three debuffs; so yes; take it
