hi i have a lvl 42 s/s nuker , i have light imbue but i don't like it and it doesn't help like fire gives u dots, ice gives u frostbite or frezee but light only decreases ur parry ratio! but wat happens if ur parry ratio decreses, and should i keep light or delvl it and take fire??

Parry ratio is based on a scale; the higher your parry - the higher chance you have of taking less damage. The lower your parry - the higher chance you have of taking more damage. Burn is pretty much useless for nukers since you can 1-2 hit mobs already.
For a nuker light is essential due to the magical damage buff, so I'd say stick with light and if you haven't already - take ice too for snow shield.

if you're an all force nuker as in fire light ice, then id go ice imbue. it helps since you're pure int freezing is good for aoe

Decreasing parry ratio of your target is good for lightning nukes since they have a wide damage profile. Although, as Azilius already pointed out, you would be one nuking or one nuking with shout most of your targets anyway, so you wouldnt benefit from the shock effect most of the time.

ya but since you usually kill the mobs relatively fast fire dots and lightning's decrease parry wont be of too much use. at least with ice you can slow them down in the event its a champ or giant etc. also since later fire and ice nukes do aoe, you'll kill the one mob quickly while 3 others run at you, if they are slowed you will have mroe chance of taking less dmg and killin them faster

yeah ... with party mobs, pure int with cold imbue does survive better.
