are you sure it was your friends who suggested that you go full int with your chinese archer? well i went full str with mine and i can say it was a good leveler but not the best damage dealer...and if i do make another bower i would still go full str...anyways, wait for the others to comment on this^^

like you avvy btw...

You'll get differing responses. I have a friend who is full int bow and enjoys it. However others will say full str, or 70/70 mag/phys balance hybrid.

I'd change your avatar if I were you. Adblocked.

one of my friend is a hybrid int 1:4 bow
its a fun build it does great amount of damage and good def.
90 cap
90 bow
90 light
90 force
30 ice..

he does great amount of damage and very fast training at pve his nukes only does a little more damage but his bow skills shoots faster then nuke and has crits.

If you are full Int Bow, you NEED Ice for snow shield and of course maxed light as well.

So I'd say

Pacheon 90
Ice 90
Light 90
Fire 30

Light or Ice being your main imbue, whichever you prefer (I'd get both imbues just for the hell of it). I'm told that Ice Bowers owned in PvE back before the Euro update (correct me if I'm wrong, I just remember reading that somewhere here.)

To be honest though, I'd say to go Int Hybrid for your build since bow is slightly more of a STR weapon. Either that, or full STR, or switch to spear (or S/S)

i completely agree... full int bow?? why?? im assuming that you would nuke right? then whats the point of having a little added range with physical attacks at the sacrifice of all that defense? bow has little defense... and if you dont nuke? what is the point at all of being pure int???

but on a personal note, my buddy made a char like this and they were actually pretty decent while hunting mobs w/ ice imbue believe it or not... but that they SUCKED in pvp...

personally i just dont see the point in int bow... MAYBE hybrid, but then no crits, id stay str...
