Ok, i have a level 29 Full Str Bow, jus wondered which elements i should take.

I have level'd [Fire] to 29 to use as my imbue and for its str advantages, but do i go [Cold] or [Lightening] for sub?

Cold i want for its sno shield, but lightening has phantom walk which is handy for a bower. I was considering 90 Pacheon, 90 Fire, 90 Lightening and 30 Cold but if/when the cap hits 100 i dont want to have to de-level.

Also what shud a bow fight? +1/2/3 my own level, or - my level?

I'd go with lightening for the grasswalk/phantom and buffs.
And just fight what you can kill easily while getting a good amount of exp/sp from it

Yeah light is good, since you are pure STR you really don't need advanced cold buffs because you already have great physical defense. Fire shores up your weaknesses which is magical defense so wizards and nukers will have a tough time against you. Your current plan of Pacheon 90, Fire 90, Light 90 and Ice 30 is a great build for the 90 level cap.

yes but pvp against the str based chars is not so good for that build,
u will need ice to.

or u need to wear protector.

get
90 pacheon
90 fire (imbue)
90 light (grasswalk, phantom, buffs)
30 ice (little snowshield, def buff, passive)

wear Protector.
This is a very nice strong build.
You can hunt mobs your lvl and 2 lvl's higher.

YES, I have an lvl 60 archer too and I think 90 pacheon 90 fire 90 light 30 cold is best build for an archer....Use whatever you like(garm or prot...I chosen garment because I fight a lot of nukers^^)...and as for the mobs, if you are powerfull, you can kill mobs higher than you...for example, I`m lvl 60 and with 60+5 bow I kill kaara(lvl 65 and 67)...I kill them with 4 skills, witch is faster than you think, and I get a nice amount of exp/ hour

LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT 100% LIGHT.

Light has way more to offer you than Ice.

^ i agree with 90pacheon90fire90light30ice build. that's what i'm planning on making too...eventually it'll be 150pacheon150fire (if we ever get there and the mastery doesn't increase >.>)

even with lvl 30 snow shield..you get like 20-30%? absorption i think. which is good enough since your hp will be so high already. and yea you might want to wear protector..if not armor for pvp...garment for pve.

as for what mobs you should fight...depends on how fast you can kill them lol. my last bow char was killing 2lvls higher but i was a inthybrid build (messed up lol)..so i did 5-6k dmg easily.

I would say kill things that are 2 or 3 levels above you. You might be able to kill things 5 or more lvls above you but you will use a lot more pots and arrows for a little more exp. Another trick to level faster set up an exp auto share party with a friend 4 or 5 levels lower then you. You will get a lot more exp if you can kill party mobs by yourself, which you should be able to with a 29 + 2 or 3 bow.

For 90cap I suggest 90pacheon, 90fire, 60light, 60cold and wearing garment. Why? You still have maximum magical defense, enough parry also enough speed for grinding. And 60cold gives nice physical def increase. What comes to job fights, its not too bad to buy 100% speed drug.

If you go 90pacheon, 90fire, 90light, 30cold and wear protector you lose magical defense and wont be much faster, only a bit more physical defense . Thats all

at 90 cap, 90 pacheon, 90 fire, 90 light, and 30 cold.

With a +5 bow and bad gear (not npc, +3 set not much blues), you could grind stuff from 5-8 lvls ahead of you with ease. The dmg intake is not bad at all. Just try to stay away from getting mobbed from 6 or 7 of them and you should be fine. Also if your going through with this, then choose passive mobs because its easier to pull it off. The exp from the mobs are great and much better than stuff your lvl(obviously). You should be able to kill them will 3-4 hits without crits.

If you are full str bow, you wont need Ice as much as an int build would because you already have great physical defense. Get some up to 30 at least just for the hell of it, but don't level it up further. Max out Fire, Pacheon and Light to 90.

Thats a great alternative for the regular 90,90,90,30 formula people are doing nowadays.
First, 90bow,90fire, 60 ice, 60 light require the least sp, 540k total for 90 cap, instead of 620k if you are going 90,90,90,30. Second, nobody have been able to know how the 90,90,90,30 build will turn out at 90 cap yet, so its best that you do 60, 60 for now. If later on you decide on which is better, u can always delvl the other mastery and max the remaining ones. It wont take much sp or money at all, which work out well, since u will have a decently balanced char as well
