is Fire Blow necesarry for Wizard?

i really need good answer, but first ; pve is not important for me, i'm just asking for pvp. sometimes fire blow seems necesarry, its so quick like a "lion shot" but if enemy dont kill with first shot, he kills me. i guess its only sp waste

i didnt get fireblow at first but then regretted it. as a wizard, you have to be fast. for example, if i'm going against a chinese char..i use fear,maybe mana drain (if they have snow shield on), then just fire blow until they die.

you are right however that if you dont kill the enemy soon...in 1hit..you'll die. but it's also perfect against other wizards as well.

Skills with multiple shots are very useful for pvp, especially to bypass fire wall, players with shields, or as a coup-de-grace for disabled opponents.

i have to agree 100% with this. a lot of wizards don't use fireblow enough, they don't use lava trap enough either or mana drain or fear, so many under-rated skills.

if you're dying in one shot to them, get a warrior to buff you, if you insist on pvping solo then i suggest you use fear, or mana-drain if they use snow shield, or root against melee. it's a good skill to have in your arsenal.

hmm its usefull in 1 vs 1, but if there are more people or agro mobs around, you will standing there for some secs wasting fire. And getting dead soon.

Fireblow is awesome this is the only skill 4 a wizard that should b used 2 kill another int char.O and if u get ganged it pays 2 put up a lava trap and rec div 2 save your ass xD.

yea fire blow for me is useful for both PvE AND PvP...just watch the damage it does and it has AoE...
