lvl 19 and want to stay lvl 20

hi,
I am going to be lvl 20 soon have 5000 sp .
AND i wish to spend any amount of that 5000 sp any amoutn possible to
make my character Very strong of its build to be able to atleast take down bandits with one hit kill with a normal weapon what elemental and other skillz should i have also i need some skill which will reduce my mp potion cost and want to have power to self heal at a high rate in a fight with monster?.
Any build and skillz most welcome pleasegive me specific details about that.

And dont ask why what. who wud wanna do plz..any suggestions most welocme.

Make a Full Str account with Fire/Lighting/Blade.
Fire for the Imbue and the Passives. and Lighting for Grass flow and other run skills.

U also could get Full Int account with Fire/Lighting/Spear or Glaive.
Fire for Nuke and Passive and Lighting for Nuke, Imbue, the Passives, Grass Flow and other run skills.

Not a bot build dude...Its like this i have already messed up my character
and i know no point in going further..so what to do obvious dump that charcter and make a new oe right with all the right things...but but thats not all i am lvl 20 then why not make money out by trading doh....but since i wud spend more time on the other character i wud almost nvr llv up so i wud stay lvl 20 and try to make enough money to buy new wepns for the other one. Man u make me spill everything out now dont u go ha ha ah on me
