so what would be the reason to pick DD, or Xbow?

Lets help all the rogues out there with the same questions.... DD or XBow ?!?!?!?!

Both, Xbow for grinding, Dagger for PvP...

for some reason when i try to use search it says it isnt working right now?

daggers to make you look more rugid, daggers just feel right, and a good way to kill an str, cause a cross bow just wont' do the trick vs a blader or warrior, you need that little special something that daggers bring, and of course cross bow is better to kill an int, of course thats simply to hit them from afar and do kb and kd to prevent that all important one nuke it'll take to kill you, but a cross bow is better at say a theif run or a trader, can easily handle a 3 star alone and if you follow the trick that if you go steatlh and walk away from your transport it wont' follow and the spawn will only be attacking the camel leaving you free to kill them, probally more usefull for a theif then a trader since you'd be going super slow if you traded like that, but you could probally handle a 4 star solo, 5 i doubt cause the spawns will kill the transport too fast for you to kill them and repair at the same time

If you want to be a good rogue you should get both. xbow is not only good for PvM, it works very nice against chinese ints.

You really need to get both, or at least aim to get rapid shot for xbow, just so you could be the lurer in a share party. Daggers in share party are not very highly valued, thus it will be hard for you to train. Foudre already pointed out most of the pros and cons of each when it comes to pvp.

-why? KD and KB, phenomenally performs in PvE

i agree, you need both. daggers for pvp and xbow for pve

Daggers own pvp, you will always one shot ints, i one shot level 80 sun ints and if i crit i can one shot level 80 sun bladers.

Xbow is leet for pve you will always ks anyone becuase you one shot the mobs your level.

yea really xbow for grinding and dagger for pve

you lvl fast as hellzz with xbow

Take the both, and cleric subclass this way ur able to kill 10lv higher ppls with ur dagger skills.

Im 48 lv dagger/xbow/cleric with masteryes lv 40 and 5d npc armors + normal 48lv crit 13 daggers. I can kill 54lv ints and str glaviers easily. And i killed 64lv spear nuker few times, but it was pure luck with few crit. The pvp with this build is pure fun and lots skills to play with in cape pvp

Pve with xbow is easy if ur soloing, but dont use it in party coz kd/kb is really annoying if ur wiz or nuker.

I know it when ppls want to hear witch one is better dagger/xbow, but there isnt better one. Rogue is meant to be played with both daggers/xbow and maybe some subclass like bard/cleric.

And its like so hard to kill in pvp with xbow, its crazy but the kd is awesome. i dont think i have used xbow in pvp yet.

Like all 12 posts before I'd say take both read above for the reasons

i prefer the Xbow with bard because your noise its darn usefull in PVE and with Xbow you need to buy less pots and grind much faster then a dagger
