I am making a new char I want to make it full int ice and lightning and force for passive BUT i saw alot of guides for bow here but all str!!!! so i need to know from lvl 45 and uppers best is lvl 70 if a full int ice bow is any good? or should it be full str?

Do what you think is fun. I tried an all INT Bow on my other account and well....it was ok I guess. ICE is good for stopping the enemy before they reach you or slowing them enough so you can finish them off before they reach you. STR would be good just incase they get through. lol. In my opinion INT, ICE, LIGHTNING is just fine but just remember as an INT most of your damage will be done from magical atks and leveling bow skills other than the passive and the hawk and maybe the range buff, will be useless because your bow skills will inflict physical damage. Eventually you may not even use them especially once u get your nukes.

Are hybrid(more on str) bows any good?

If you want to go full int, you'd better make a hybrid with pumping str the first 5-10 levels. This'll give you more HP eventually, and you'll be just as good(if not better, unless you're making a nuker) as a full int.

Full Str is better.

if your going pure str, i suggest you lvl up your fire mastery too for the flamey wisdom stuff
