Dlvling skills not working?

My buddy is a lvl 64 nuker and he dlvled his skills to have a 9 gap but the problem is that he still gets Way more Exp than Sp. Whats up with it?

lol, just because he have a 9 gap doesn't mean he is getting more exp than sp.
you know as you level up higher and higher, your required exp gets larger and larger.
while your sp bar thing is the same as level one.
So then thats why in the number, you get a bigger number for exp and less for sp.
