Full int defensive

Is there any full int build that is able to defend and kill full str glavies?

Your best chance to survive as a full int against full str is with the best possible armor set, stun skills, freeze skills, and a whole lot of damage.

Will maxing cold passive, ice shield, spear mastery passive ensure that I be able to kill glavies under the time of nukes?

Nothing will ensure that except incredibly good equipment. LostBaby on Babel has a complete eighth degree SoS protector set and 64 sword. Only piece of equipment she has that's not SoS is her shield. Still doesn't keep her alive against someone with a 64 +5 glavie in the case of a stun or a crit.
