whats the best lvl to farm at ongs with 9 cap? i mean geting plvled

at around 20-22 because then u will have around 11 lvl differences with the ongs, though, you can just get to lvl 10 or less, doesnt matter, go to ong, sit there, and u'll get to 20-22 in no time with plvl..
Tips:
1.Don't underestimate Ice Wall and Fire Wall series.
2.Every build has at least one weak point, observe it and counter it.
3.Your build has at least one weak point, recognize it and minimize it.

20 - 26 is fine. You will have to dlvl every day if a 24/7 bot is pwlvling you.
