should i change to blade or bow since glavies are only average now?.. or just stay glavie?

Why switch if your already lvl 72. Gonna be a waste of SP and need a hell load of farming. I'd say its just a waste of times, and i like glaviers most.

Stick to it. Lvling is slow but not as slow as blader.

Dont switch, it will take u a hell of a lot of time and money to switch, but blade is so much cooler and in my opinion better than glavie.

Don't bother hopping on the bow bandwagon, especially since 90 is around the corner. I say make an effort to get fully farmed level 80 and be ready for cap.
