What exactly can Holy Spell resist ?

Does Holy Spell resist ALL Warlock's debuff ? If not , please list which Holy Spell can and can not resist.
Holy spell cannot resist:
-Panic
-Bind
-Stun
-Short Sight (?)
-Bleed and Dull from DoT
