what gap would you have to have to make it be like you dont even have the premium on?

5 gap with GT gives you the same exp as 0 gap without. SP is different, of course.

do you happen to know what is is for sp too?

I'm not sure, maybe like 9 gap doubles your SP gain, so 9 gap without premium = 0 gap with.

ok say i use up only 2 hours in the 24 hours, and i have 1 hour left but 24 hours passed, will it be on my next day for 360 minutes only?

Yeah lets say it tells you that you have 180 Minutes available, well if those minutes aren't used it will stack with the next day's 180 minutes, so you'll have a stacked 360 minutes for you to get the 100%exp bonus.
