the update doesnt show up?

it jjust go there with the load window with option guide, movie. exit . the start one doesnt come up and neither does the update... how come? tryet to exit and open again but..

Keep closing and opening the loader.. Or reboot your pc

sometimes when you dont connect to server properly due to too much traffic that happens. what i do is go to silkroadonline.net or ehatever their official site is, and usually it wont open either. so i spam refresh until it does open, after that the start and updates usually pop up
