where can u find curse hearts...
how mux do they cost...
how mux do i need to delevel 13 lvls...
all i need to know about cursed hearts please..

at lvl 20 you can get the quest cursed hearts by all the npc pot sellers (cant remember the name).
then you kill mobs and sometimes they will drop cursed hearts.

From lvl 20 you can start them indeed by the potion sellers (herbalists) from every town..For Euro that is Constantinople/Samarkand and Hotan and for Chinese that is Jangan/Donwhang and Hotan.
You will get hearts by killing monsters, the drops are random so don't panic if you won't get hearts for a while.
10 hearts is 1 skill or mastery lvl.. So for 13 skills you will have to get 130 hearts
