who would win in a 1 vs 1 pvp. a fully farmed pure int nuker s/s or a fully farmed rogue with cleric subclass. rogue will b x bow skills and cleric will b buffs.

I would say xbow. Xbow's critical can be very high. Pure int s/s might survive using mana shield. But im not sure because due to pot delay xbow might lose. If it was pure int spear then it would win because it has very strong skills.

Depends on too much.

If the xbow is in stealth, it wins, unless the s/s got 2-3 blocks and got a few shots off, especially with CE on. Basicly who ever gets the first attack off.

At cap, rogue won't do much dmg without dagger desparate/Xbow extreme. When using those skills, rogues are 1 shot to a chinese Pure int. And a S/S char can tank a rogue well, also consider ironwall shield.

im thinking bout going xbow but daggers is much stronger at 40 so should i use xbow till 40 or just do daggers from begingin? i dont rlly feel like farming enough sp to switch so i was just thinking bout doin daggers from the beginning.

if xbow can manage to keep distance with kb/kd then the nukes wont kill him because they get interrupted

if chinese phantoms then kd, it wins

If u make a rogue daggers and crossbow are a must, daggers will never be as good as xbow in pve, and with a cleric sub a can use daggers and xbow effectively in pvp.

i still cant decide between euro and chin. ya i know euro is for party play and chin is for single but euro is a million times stronger but chin is a million times funner

srry bout that. i just noticed the typo. its all fixed.

rogue will have 20k hp at cap, CE cuts in half = 10k

1 nuke and it will die, but 1 crit and you will die. With bless spell on it will take 4k dmg (thats with CE).

A Smart Rogue will give you a hella lot of trouble.
Blast shot Hurricane shot, long shot, the whole nine yards. They will do everything to KD you without CE, then activate CE and finish you off.

Avoid smart rogues.

so are u saying that i should go rogue? the 2 builds im debating between is pure int s/s and a rogue/cleric. im not sure which one to get. does a rogue really need xbow and daggers? but my main questions is, which is better, pure int s/s or rogue/cleric

Its all about playing style, the rogue cleric is the assassin that stays to finish the job. The S/S Nuker is the powerhouse with a formidable amount of defense. If you choose rogue, then daggers is wanted, but not required. You can still get the job done well with just the Xbow.

Personally, having played S/S and Rogue (Xbow/Dagger)/Cleric. I prefer the S/S, but I'll admit the Rogue was one hell of a fun build to play. I could kill people much higher level than me: It was awesome.

Yes, A pure int S/S can kill any build in armour or protector easily.

can it kill euro chars also such as full str warriors and rogues?

like the previous ppl posted, the rogue vs pure int s/s really depends on what happens, such as block, crit, kb, etc. if the nuker manages to block or was in a wall. just too much to consider since both would be about 1 hit either way. as for warriors it depends on mana skin i guess, but im not too sure not much exp with warriors

The Chinese has Snow Shield, but the Rogue has Bless, though id put my money on the Rogue

You EAT full str armour wearing warriors, like myself, for breakfast. The rogue is always a 1 hit unless it knows anything beyond hit and run.

Without xbow extreme and dagger desperate xbow is better for pvp. I pvp with my friend and i win evry time, altough i have bouth skills xbow and dagger. But when bouth use xbow extreme and dagger desperate dagger win cuz its much faster.

I'd say int s/s would win. He has shield series skill +phy def for 15s + mana shield.

Yep even with 9 gap wearing garments (with very high parry) I can kill fully farmed rouges easily. When farmed with 50% mana shield and the extra phy defence and capped ironwall, they dont stand a chance. sorry. Come watch me on babel next month when my farmings done and ill show you.
