whats a good bow build? all the guides seem to be outdated.

Most people would say pure str, but i recommend hybrid str or 70:70.

the only way is go to pure str, if you want to be good at pvp. the bow itself might be hybrid-oriented. but the skills of the pacheon tree reveals that crit is tremendous important for bow. if you go hybrid or more int-oriented, you will do more average damage, but ur crits will be lower. ok, your average damage will compensate ur lower crits, but you hp will be so low, that i'd kill u in a short time.

many ppl say, bow got same or even more advantages than glaive. often they rely on stun. but they dont consider that bow have only one skill that can stun. the probabiliy of ur opponent to get stunned is therefore that that high. the knockback skill of the pacheon tree will be ur best friend. but since u only have one combo that has the knockback ability, you won't be safe. even if u use snow shield as hybrid or int-oriented bow, you will die pretty fast as soon as it goes off.

All most all the build guides are out of date theres a hint in which one is the future

There is only ONE bow build that is still updated, well until 90cap which is due in the next millenia or something. It was designed specifaclly for the last updates of lvl 80 skills and written by a hansom chap I may add too ....

In short...It's a good build, but totally different from the pure str build, at least of what I've heard. Pure str build will be a better pvp'er overall, but a 80:80 will be better at hunting uniques. But remember that if you go for the 80:80 build, you'll have a very low defense untill you get the 5 arrow combo, which increases this sligtly.

good bow build would be.. :



protecter - ice - lightning - pacheon - hybrid

pure str (90cap)
90 pacheon
90 fire (imbue)
90 light
30 ice

ya, i think im going to go pure str

if you go pure int till 50, then pure str till 80, you'll have 70:70

Hybrid bow with force. 90pach/90force/90light/30ice

80:80 bow with 80 pacheon, 80 fire 70 light 70 ice saves you on farming and you dont really need lightning 80... and 90 cap = 90 pacheon 90 fire 60 light 60 ice for the good snowshield ^^ it also saves you on farming xD

anybody have made this build plz comment...

aim 90%+ phy balance(90,91,92) WITH alchemy and other stat at int.
