ok I'm making a new character Full Int Spear.....
Skills
Light80,Cold80,Heuskal80 and when the 90 cap comes i will add 10 for all....
SO....
is this a good build for my char?I know that fire is great and so but at the 90 cap itll be useless....
And I was askin about SP farming....
When should i farm and lvl 16 or in a higher lvl?
And if in a higher lvl how would i lvl up to that specific lvl?
And what should i wear Prot,Garm or armor?

90 huksal/90 cold/90 light/30 fire
farm at 16 with a good bow and wear protector or armor

and how bout if i choose not to lvl at lvl 16 what lvl should i plvl then when im higher where and how should i lvl up in the lower lvls

your lvl 52 but your skills are at 43, giving you a 9 lvl gap between skills and your lvl which will give u the best amount of sp. since your going light and ice, use the light imbue. also, i would use the money u would have used to buy a sox bow for farming at 16, and use that money for plvl at ongs. ongs are lvl 33 and 34, so u should be lvl 23 and your skills should be at lvl 14. sry if all this is confusing lol but you'll understand soon. hope i helped

If u hav the money I would just keep ur masteries at lvl 20, then at lvl 20 get power farmed on ongs. U will get about 1k+ sp every hour, but it will cost u around 100k per hour.

masteries at 20 you mean 10 right cause at 20 youl have 0 gap think before you post pls for the sake of the players
