Pure INT.
Wizards are meant to be the nukers of the party, and as such should focus on dealing the most damage possible. Plus, a 90% magic balance won't make that much of a difference.

The HP increase isnt worth the loss in dmg. Stick to Pure INT wizard.

ah well, since there is already a poll about this...
7:1 heavy int hybrid or pure int? The 7:1 hybrid almost has a 90% balance.
I've made a little pic to clear it up a bit.

After using life control. 500 HP difference is a matter? Still get 1 hit by lion shout if has no protector.

europeans are made to go pure int or pure str.
In your case it would be pure int, dont waste your char man
