i have a level 3x 2h/cleric, and it seems like wizards will pop up out of nowhere with invis and one hit me. is it always this way, or is there something i can do to win?

also is 2h/cleric pretty good against other classes in jobbing?

get invs detect pills and get mana skin and bless and hope for the best you only need to be the first to attack to win against a wiz

you dont have any skills yet :S no sprint, no skins, no screens...
you have nothing useful from cleric either

of course you lose waving a 2h at a wizard...

Beating an invisable wizard is about timeing and hand eye. If you can hit him with a sprint assault and follow it up with turn rising right at the moment he de-invisables. His butt will be pwned.

Its easy to kill them if you see him (very easy)
If you don't see him (invisseble) lets hope he don't 1 shot.

Ofcourse you wont win at this level ... wait lv.40 when you will get sprint assault (KB + Stun + fast "warp" to them) , then wait lv.60 for mana skin (big magical defense) ... then you need to wait lv.24 for bless (lol you already got it , but use it as much as you can)... Thats pretty much it ... Sprint assault is what owns Wizards

ya at your lvl dont expect too much, you need the new skills of warrior before things start getting good, or else just camp in safe zone till you see one. then you can probably one hit them when they have life control on.

From lvl 30+ you must be able to kill Wizards.

but seriously look at the previous comments...the sprint assault is your best defense...it cancels my nuke everytime >.<

I'd say you would do fine when you get lv60+

But speaking in a means of being capped

In terms of just you alone ~

Vital Increase:
7,648hp Increase
Physical/Magical damage 35% decrease

Bless Spell:
1,464 magical defense increase

Mana Skin:
1,374 magical defense increase

With another cleric handy ~

Soul Blessing:
206 magical defense increase

Force Deity:
str 35 increase

Mental Deity:
int 34 or 35, can't remember, increase

and alongside having cleric as a sub, you could always go Robes

all in all, you'd have 3,044 mag def. w/ help of another cleric + the magical defense added on from the mental deity buff and vital increase. So you should be able to survive at least one hit from a wizard..and just do sprint assault -> turn rising.

Vital increase has about a 1 sec cast time which is time u can waste. By the time u finish casting vital increase u will already be tasting the dirt. Sprint assault would prolly be ur best bet, but hope the wiz doesnt cast fear first.

when ur lvl 80 doing jobwar and there is an invisible wizard around all u need is stand slightly outside safe zone turn on vitality increase and run back in safe zone to pot back up , this should give u time to get ur 27-28k hp, or u can manually pot it. if you can survive one wizard hit you've already won half of the fight. sprint assault should knock his ass back and a 30% reduced daredevil would kill him. maybe if he has earth barrier or bless spell on i would try daredevil + turn rising, if any of those crit he is dead.

nah :S just get like 20 warlock and then you got shield bump and 80% instant stun and sleep
