so i made a 7:1 spear, when im lveling should i go 7:1 or go pure int and then go hybrid later

Its up to you if you want to do it now, or later on =]

I'd recommend pure INT until level 70 and full STR from then on.

At 70-80, when HP Matters it will be useful. And from 1-70, when HP isn't THAT big of a deal, you will have some really strong nukes :]
