No build is.
Is a wizard the strongest cus they 1 hit? But get owned via 1 hit? Is a rogue the best cus they have stealth + crit? but again can be 1hit, is a glaive best cus of the high hp?.........all have highs and lows ^^ choose your game style.
But imo, if you're style is nuking, take wizard. If you wanna tank, take 2h warrior/cleric.
