I'm starting fresh on Venus and it'll be a bard/cleric - full support. I'll use them in partys depending on needs. if I'm going to be a buffer as bard AND cleric which skills do I need? I take bard as attacker

All the Bard and Cleric Skills. That is what you will need. How else are you gonna have more fun, if the skills you have is limited?

That's hardly an answer. Every build could be done in the "up all skills" way. You need to see SRO back in the bandit stronghold time to see how each SP point is worth a gamer's blood and tear

Back to the topic, if you want to be a main bard, then i suggest only Recovery Division ,Holy Spell, Healing Orbit and Bless Spell for Cleric tree. If you have spare SP then go for STR and INT buff, and/or offering for a bit of fun

actually questmaster is right. both cleric and bard provides with support buff.
depending on the party member you have, certain buff will do more good to the majority in the party. as the 2 class are so limited with the atacking skill, so all you will take and max out all the atk skill.
So a 1 million sp for to reach lvl90 is just enough

You will need pretty much everything from bard except for maybe the physical dances and mana wind, from cleric take at the very least the instant heals, healing division, recovery, healing cycle etc, take res, group res & oblation, take the defence buffs since you can buff your pt then swap to your harp, bless, holyword, integrity/innocent and recovery division, that should keep you sorted as an emergency cleric, refer to this guide for more advice on the bard aspect;

It depends on what you are planning to do actually. If you are going to be mainly a bard, then you'd need what MysticRose or JKMB pointed out. If you have spare SP though, I'd certainly suggest you to max everything but the Cardinal Praise series if you are going to get the nukes of bard. In cardinal praise the only things you'd need would be Reverse, Innocent (it's very useful in my opinion), Grand Reverse and Integrity.
