Fire Wall Series

Post by Puma60 »

What is this skill used for? How does it work? Is it useful in PvP if i have low mag defence? Is it worth getting? I dont care about the SP.

Thanks

- stops any magic attack
- cant be stunned, knockback and knocked down
- if the damage is higher than the wall hp it will be removed (but still that attack wont do any damage to you)
- any str based damage wont be absorbed so you will take the hits but wont get the status of those hits (the stuns, knock down/back)

icewall
- stops any str attack
- warlocks cant use their debufs.
- int based damage wont be stopped

I heard its good for range based builds, like archers and nukers, because you are imobilised while using it.

its good for every char, it basically works as an instant guaranteed block.
you will block at least 1 good hit with it.
timing is usually hard in middle of battles most players consider them useless but you can have a decent chance against much stronger (damage wise) players by a good use of walls.

Yes, useful. I can use it to tank a nuker forever . It has HP. HP can only be damaged by magic attack (imbue, nuke..). Same with ice wall but only physical attack can damage it.

@borat: it wont stop stun, but stop only effect that changes your position.
