Warlock / Cleric : Cleric skills? [high lvls lookie]

Hey guys. Currently farming for my Warlock / Cleric and I think I'm almost done so hopefully the setup I'm farming for is ok. ^^; I don't want to spend more time than I have to farming. Anywho, here's what I've picked out for my Cleric mastery.
Heavenly Rage
Reverse
Grand Reverse
Group Healing
Group Healing Breath
Healing Cycle
Healing Orbit
Bless Spell
Recovery Division
Offering
Pure Offering
Holy Word
Holy Spell
When playing I see myself as a Warlock first and foremost, so I want to avoid skills that will turn off when I switch weapons. Just enough to be able to back up my party when I need to in a pinch, and occasionally rock an enemy's world with Offering / Pure Offering. So, what do you guys think?

Offering isn't required and you can kill without it, which also makes Heavenly Rage passive unneeded too. If you plan to heal at all then you want Blessings, if the healing is only for personal and emergency situations then you only want Healing Cycle or Orbit (Cycle isn't required after Orbit). Drop Reverse/Grand Reverse for Reverse Oblation. Rest is fine.
Just as a hint... You can delevel Healing Cycle and Holy Word after you have their higher lvl versions.

I am extremely clueless when it comes to Cleric so I have two questions for you.
1.) Which skills are you referring to when you mention the "Blessings"? The +str +int buffs?
2.) What is special about Reverse Oblation that I wouldn't want regular Reverse and Grand Reverse.
Thanks in advanced for your response

and any others that post.

Correct.2.) What is special about Reverse Oblation that I wouldn't want regular Reverse and Grand Reverse.
Reverse Oblation requires 0 cast time while regular Reverse/Grand Reverse requires about 3 seconds cast time. Those 3 seconds can save yourself and your party.

Hm.. I guess that makes me wonder. I don't plan to ever be a full time healer, so wouldn't it be bad to have those buffs since they will disappear when I switch back to Warlock rod? Would be very time consuming constantly reapplying buffs whenever I switch to debuff and attack monsters.
And thank you for the good information about Reverse Oblation. Would you happen to know the cool down time on that skill?

Yes, the STR/INT buffs will disappear if you switch weapon. The Body and Soul Blessing buffs, however, won't. If you don't plan to be a full-time party cleric you should consider getting them anyways, just to help out a clericless party.
The cooldown for Reverse and Reverse Oblation is 10 seconds. Group reverse is 1 minute.

I see.. so how does this look?
Heavenly Rage
Reverse (up to lvl 4 just until Oblation)
Faith
Healing Cycle
Healing Orbit
Bless Spell
Recovery
Recovery Division
Group Recovery
Holy Recovery
Reverse Oblation
Charity
Offering
Pure Offering
Holy Word
Holy Spell
Body Blessing
Soul Blessing
Body Deity

If you are taking all those heals you will want the Str and Int buffs because everyone will want you as a Cleric.

But I'm not a Cleric, I'm a Warlock

. So should I drop some of the heals?

INT/STR Buffs will only stay when you have the cleric rod
the blessings will stay on OTHERS if you have any weapon wielded. So I suggest getting the blessings so you can give some europeans the blessings, than switch to warlock rod, and kill!

Right, the two blessings that stay when switching weapons I definitely think are good. I didn' realize any of them stayed when switching weapons so I definitely want Body & Soul Blessing. But if people are going to try and pigeon hole me into being the Cleric for their party because I have such a variety of healing skills, should I cut back on them so I can focus on Warlock? I want to debuff and be on the offensive, and only occasionally backup the party. I just figured Recovery and Group Recovery (and its upgrade Holy Recovery) would be good emergency skills to heal everyone, or would that be overkill?

If you want to sometimes back the party up than all you need is Recovery Division and Bless Spell. All healing skills are unneeded and you should only take them if you plan to heal sometimes. Healing Cycle/Orbit are good for emergencies though so you should choose between no heals at all or Healing Cycle/Orbit only.

Hmm.. I can probably see myself healing "sometimes" so I'll stick to what I've got, and just lay down the law when I get into a party I guess.

Warlock 1st, Cleric 2nd.

after reading this, i really am going to try out a warlock/cleric. But there are some advantages of being a cleric in a party.
You can do group partys at mobs higher then you and just focus on healing while teammates kill. This is a fast way of lving up because you will have a large team of players that will kill partys FAST (well... if you got some wizards, warriors, ext.)
So if you are close to a lv you really want to get there, join a party and play as a cleric.
I know you want to mostly be a Warlock, and that is good. Only go cleric if you wana grow a quick lv to get some new weapon or something. But i can see where you are coming from when you want to be mostly a Warlock. You will prolly rape in PvP and jobbing with warlock as well as taking down giants/parties if they happen to pop up in your turf.
Its really up to you, and thanks for making the post so i can see what skills to get as a cleric sub build. Good luck
