0.06% per kill at level 25 (and this is in an exp party) its just so boring :[ i get like 2 xp a day
lol wiat til 0.01 per kill
or 0.01 per 4 kills O_O

0.06% per kill is prety good actualy , it looks slow , but thats just couse you look to much at your exp bar 
but seriusly now .. 0.06 is pretty oke if you ask me , at lower lvl's it migt seem slow , and mabe it is , it sure is conpaired to other games ive played but you get used to it . specialy sinds sro is more about sp than exp , you need sp to lvl up as much as you do exp , if you cant pay for skills you will eventualy be unable to kill fast enuf , the game system it self kinda prevents that with its free growth system . at the cost of lvling you get more sp .
just dont worry to much about it . just try to have some fun ,
if your realy bored , go do jobs , ive hunted , traded thieved all below lvl 30 i got my lvl 2 hunter at lvl 29, sure i got killed a few times , but atleast when a player job-kills you you lose so lil exp its hardly noticeble
just watch out for high lvl npc thieves tho , thay will cost you 2% on death couse thay are mobs and not players
its actualy pretty exciting to escoret a lvl 20ish player when you are 20ish your self , you 2 realy got to sneek around at times ,
And on xian atleast most high lvl thieves wont directly kill you , thay are to bussy trying to pop your trader friend or chasing high lvl hunters around , just the rare A-hole , or bored lvl 50+ player will 1hit you . but like i sad , you kill a hand full of silver mobs and your exp is back ,
you do that anyway's when escorting a trader So its not so bad and its a nice break from grinding .. and sometimes traders even pay you some gold for the help you give em
