biechon 60 or hueskal.
picheon 60 for the attake rating bird increase and passive
light 90 well obvisly for the nuke and lion shout
ice 90 for phy buff and snow sheild

having picheon at 60 should increase your damage by alot and having that blue birdy
so with picheon at 60 your ice nukes should do good damage

If u really want more damage use force for vital spot.

wat vital spot do?

but doesnt vital spot where off in like 5 seconds.
but as in picheon attake rating its permantly

65 Lightning
20 Ice
55 Pacheon [Hawks]

Remember ultimately 3 masteries maxed at cap 100, and till end of this game 2 masteries maxed only.

Even having 4 masteries myself atm, I sense great danger in the upcoming cap raise. Gd Luck ^^

Man, sorry that I tell you, but you know nothink about sro...If you want a good full int build, the ice is a MUST! why? because at ice you have that snow shield that helps a lot in pvp...Whitout the snow shield, as a full int you will suck at pvp and all noobs will beat you...

are you blind for my pure int build i thought of i said 90 ICE!! and for the glavier build ice is pretty much useless. rather have picheon then ice

As a bower I can say that the blue bird is overrated. Sure it helps, but not a lot. Im not sure what lvl force you need to get the good de-buffs. The good ones last 20-30 seconds though.

The bird might help in pve increasing nuke damage, but you will do very poorly at pvp with crappy weapon skills.

I suggest considering leaving ice at lvl 60 (40% snowshield) and maxing a weapon tree. UNLESS you are going to use ice imbue, then it has to be maxed of course.

Dont forget weapon trees increase your defense hueksal has hp increase and the spinning blade series. bichon has br increase and castle shield.
