whats the level req to max the second fire nuke?

i kno most do fire nuke main and light nuke secondary.. but would it be a big difference if i did lightning main and fire secondary?.. i kno this is somewhat off topic but the reason i ask is i was gonna do light 90, fire 60 and spear 60

^ if you do that i would recommend getting bow to lvl 20 for the passive and the white hawk........ just cuz the lightning nuke jumps around alot in dmg (sometimes it wil ltake away half the health of a mob, sometimes 3/4)

i believe this is incorrect. lvl69 maxes the 3rd book of fire nuke. 2nd book maxes in the mid- to late-50's. when the game comes back up, i'll double check this. i have it at lvl 7 already and that's with lvl56 fire mastery.

Third book is maxed at lvl 68. The second has seven more levels than the third book, and IS maxed at lvl 69.
