its a waste in my opinion
the combination of cleric and warlock already provide you with many character stopping skills

Warrior don't help much. Yes you can use it but it just don't... At pve i dont do much help cause most of mobs still atack even if you knock back them. And for pvp wasting 10 lvl of cleric skills for 1 skill that is not so good. NOT WORTH IT. It looks like you going to do farm with your other account (just guessing cause that would be good idea..) btw i got warlock/cleric/warrior its good but still not worth it for 1 skill :)
you could get it till you are farming if you dont do that with ur other char, would help still with 5 gap you all ready would have enough mastery points to learn it. So go warlock/cleric no more :) and wear light armor i would say. At least till you start wearing 7 degree and pimping ur set :)

I actually think Shield Trash is a useful skill. If you are a PVP person that just likes to cape fight all day, it's not actually a bad choice because you have almost a 100% chance of stopping glaivers, bladers, and euro warriors since they are close range. The two second cool down means you can pretty much spam it whenever they get close. After Shield Trashing, by the time the person runs back to you the cooldown will almost be over, so you can go Nuke > Shield Trash > Nuke > Shield Trash. However, that also means you lose out on being able to wear light armor and your cleric heals will heal less. I have shield trash and I don't really mind losing out on a few levels of cleric since Holy Word one degree below you is OK protection in conjunction with universal pills, and as a warlock you shouldn't be getting hit much so Recovery Division will still heal plenty of HP, and Healing Cycle is an instant life saver in near-death situations.

In addition, the Dull status from shield trash is more useful than you think. Even level 1 dull is more enough to slow the enemy down by 50% moving and attack speed.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that at level 76 you should delevel Shield Trash. That's the level where you get Wrath Daze and Deep Slumber, so essentially you have four attack stoppers now and Shield Trash isn't needed anymore. And like you said, having the Pure Offering skill will help a lot too.
