Can i go rogue Daggers/Crossbow Skills together ?

I made a new rogue in neptune server 2 days ago, and i want to know if i can upgrade the skills from rogue of Crossbow and Dagger together, because the crossbow is more for PvE and dagger are awesome to PvP...im lvl 14.

Yes. A rogue should have both the dagger and the crossbow part maxed.

Crossbows boast great range (long shot + fast shot) and really good solo grind ability, whereas daggers are deadly when coming out of stealth, and in PvP in general 8)
