question about my spear hybrid

so i made a spear hybrid and have been going 1:7 till now(im lvl 23). should i keep going 1:7, or add all int till lvl 7X's then add the rest of the str?

Let me help you out. If you want to pvp and such, start doing 7:1. If you are just interested in grinding only. Go for pure int, you'll level really fast depending on your grind runs.
