which one will be best overall the taking least damage but hitting high...

pure str bow with lighting
pure str bow with fire
pure str bow with ice
pure int bow with lightning
pure int bow with ice
pure int bow with fire

and would doing a comb of 2 be good?

Pure STR With both Fire and Light maxed.

A 70.70 Hybrid with good enough snow shield and atleast a little over the average items.

ok, then why do most of the bots use ice?

Because most of the gold bots are made for grinding purposes only! Ice is the best imbue against mobs, you will ice them and kill them before they reach you. But it is useless in PvP since later in game, everyone will be immune.
