Pure int Nuker build, please help me decide.

Hi everyone,
I've been thinking about my build for my pure int spear nuker and came with this:
1.
100 fire
97 lightning
40 cold
63 heuksel
and
1.
100 fire
99 lightning
60 cold
41 heuksel
now what do you people think is best?
1.
lightning 97, which is nothing to complain about, heuksel 63 for the style on physical and passive, but then i have 40 cold and so i won't have good snow shield and defense.
2.
cold is really usefull for the extra defense and snow shield, and the 99 lightning will make me almost max speed, but my physical style would not be that cool without soul spear soul and ghost spear mars and i have a little passive of hp.
now what do you people think is best? tnx for the help
