A couple of questons about silkroad help a newbie please x.x

Hey I got a few questions I want to be a chinese nuker ive been browing through the forums and ive seen that euros are like 10x better than the chinese

Will chinese pure int nukers be any good in pvp when the cap gets raised and currently does anyone know if a level 80 chinese pure int nuker can match a warlock in pvp...ive seen people say warlocks would own most classes/builds and nukers, with such low defense and euros with their attacks getting higher each level would put nukers at the bottom of the list in pvp

Basically my questions are with such a low skill cap would fire/light s/s be good enough to kill euros at level 80 with mirror armor and be decent in pvp, and will the skill cap stay 0/300 because that seems really low I mean 100light 100fire and 100bicheon be the max we can get?
I just want to know if nukers would be ok in pvp when the new cap and skills come out and if they can actually kill a same lvl/armor euro because it looks like euros pretty much own in pvp and I do not want to switch...answers to the questions would be greatly appreciated, please and thank you.

Also if you dont have an opinion about the new cap that hasnt came out yet could you give me your opinion on how well nukers survive in pvp against euros and other chinese?

well to specifily take on Euro wizs i'd beat a Spear nuker would be better...
just because of the extra magical defense from the fanning spear series.

but you'd be pretty pwnt by everything else... low hp, low defense
i played a nuker S/S to lvl 33 and i stopped because i had to use 4 hp pots a monster 1 lvl higher than me.. and that really killed my money XD.
