Level 24 isn't really too much. Make a new character, and do as following.
Full INT until level 16, then full STR until lv 24. This should bring you to the 70:70 balance. That's a good hybrid. Concentrate on Pacheon, Lightning and Ice. Leave fire trailing if you don't have the SP.

After level 24, adjust your stat points... every time you level up, take down all your clothes and add stat points so, that you have either 69:70 or 70:69 balance. :)

You can also just continue this build and start putting all youre stat points into int from now on. Check bobthevegs char builder to see for how much levels you should do that.

Indeed, but the build would end up suffering in damage and overall ability upon reaching aproximately 1:1 balance, without good gears/weapon.

With 24 levels of STR, I reckon 30 levels or more of INT would be require to balance out the build. That means, during it's early 40's, the build will be painful to play.

good point ^^, forgot about that part.

Figure you indeed should start over if you really want to go hybrid!
