Some nuker advice

I have a dilemma.. im a nuker.. and i have all the nukes but i dont know wich i should use. lvl up the cold nuke to lvl 7 or fire 1st book up to lvl 6, i have the 2nd book on fire 2
,should i use my skill edits on dlvling ice and going fore and light nukes? or delvl the 1st book of fire nuke and go fore light ice?

It depends on your ultimate goal.
If you wanna hit cap (80, and later even higher):
you NEED ice skills up-to-date.
It will be IMPOSSIBLE for you to survive any pvp without snow-shield maxxed, especially with the ongoing extreme imbalance of power enjoyed by Euro characters.
Lightning is also a MUST. A Nuker who can't run is as good as a dead nuker.
If you wanna hit 60 and just pvp forever (can't see why you'd wanna do that with a Chinese character)... then get all skills in fire, lit, ice, blade, and spear

I ment the nukes tho..
thats whats my dillema
Should i use the fire nukers and the lgiht1 or 2nd book fire nuke light and ice?

Delvl fire and use the ice and light nukes. At 90 cap which is coming very soon the light nuke will be more powerful then the fire nuke and u need ice maxed so u might as well get the nuke which is not that bad. Also, make sure u max all of the lion shout skills.
