What do Guilds need most?

I was playing a Chinese character on Rome for a while but have grown tired of solo grinding. I have decided to re-roll and was wondering what European classes do Guilds need most. I am assuming there is an abundance of Rogues and Wizards so what would be useful from a Guild's perspective?

hmm cleric/bard as sub is good i have 1 and everyone wants me in parties warriors are pretty abundant too i see them every where so go cleric/bard warlock maybe if you want to have fun

Wrong, unless you're playing with a bunch of SRFers or people who actually read anything at all about Euros, they'll just think you're a waste of space, Bard is an extremely underestimated build by the ignorant.

Skilled 1H Warriors are very needed on almost every server.

1H Warrior tips in a party?

-Stay put, no KB
-Taunt stuff
-Vital Increase
-Pain Quota
-Physical Fence (both on the INT builds)

yes go either warrior or cleric. I do suggest warrior, its hella more fun that cleric

I have decided to go with a warrior because of comments posted earlier. Thank you for your help, I don't need anymore replies.

Imo any euro is useful for a guild in which Chinese dominate.

Anyway... Cleric/Warlock.

Every guild who is worth their salt have Clerics. If you don't have any then get some.
