A few questions about "Stealth"

1.If I use Stealth on a transport, will it turn invisible too?
2.If I use Stealth not on a transport, will it stop?
3.What is the cooldown for Stealth?

The transport will continue to move until it reaches the spot where you use the stealth skill.
