Is that worth maxing? Or is it useful only in hunting lower lvl mobs and Stealth?

It's useful as it's great for increasing your damage and you can one-hit with it on.

completely worth it.
it will let you 2hit almost anyone in the game, and 1hit everyone with a crit.
and 2 hits is really easy to pull off if you're coming out of stealth since the rogue skills are fast.

And yeah..It's the most important skill from daggers lol O_o
Like others said, you wont kill anyone without it on (same lvl that is, with it on you can take out higher lvls with not to much problem)

Without it, your experience as a rogue won't be as memorable .

just dont turn into the stereotypical noob rouge/wiz where you dagger desperate/life control then go into stealth/invisible and come out with your strongest attack and then run your noob ass back into safe zone,
pvp battles like this are so queer and i laugh how they talk shit when they kill u but hen run right back into safe zone

using it before and during stealth is when its most lethal.
cuz u get a 1st hit, a VERY powerful hit with daggers with the stealth powerup passive.
and a very powerful hit from far away when using a crossbow.
Most chinese dont have quick reaction times, especially when they dont know youre around. And before they know it theyre laying on the ground dead cuz u used dagger desperate. In rogue terms the best defense is a good offense.

That is the way the build is designed, its perfectly fine for them to do that, they're made for it.
I'm a warrior with cleric sub, does it make me noob when i full buff up, and nothing my level (except wiz/rogue) can kill me. No, its how the build is made.
