Wizard or Chinese Pure INT?

To be a character to powerlevel others, would a Euro Wizard be better or a Chinese Pure INT with force only?

I would wizard cause they hav AOE nukes so u can kill more with 1 nuke= more exp/sp for the person u are power lvling.

You will die over 9000 times less as a Chinese Full Force nuker.

yah but thats lvling up not plvling mostly when plvling u kill monsters thats blue
so ima say wizard =P
